Another post already?

I know I can hardly believe it myself! But I could not wait a minute to post my latest and greatest. I have been up late working on this new project. I found an antique ironing board at a yard sale today and paid just $2 and look what happened.....

A plain old ironing board? maybe......

Not any more... look how fun!

I saw a similar idea on a home make over show but I made it my own. Since the ironing board is metal it works as a magnet board.

The cans on the bottom were totally my idea, I didn't even know I had good ideas in my head!

Since it is in my Craft/sewing room I thought it would be perfect for holding all my "stuff". Of course I had to throw on some pictures of my cutie patudie kids and my sexy hubby!

Also yesterday Janae, Levi & Marshall came over and so the kids went swimming. They had a blast.

Such good friends!

Back to reality.

Well it seems like life is kind of back to normal. Riley went back to school today so hopefully that means I can get back on a schedule. It is strange having him gone all day, my house seems so quiet. Well... as quiet as a house can get with Emma in it! So here are a few pictures of what we've been up to.

Levi spent the night and this is how he and Riley slept.
Another project: washer necklaces. They are so fun to make. Not a good picture, sorry.
We told Emma to go and clean her room after trashing it... 5 minutes later this is what we found.

The kittens are now available for anyone who wants one. PLEASE!
So for the last day of summer vacation, Riley wanted to go bowling, so we headed to Filer for the kids bowl free. The kids had a blast.
Riley and Ethan.
Emma and Mommy.

So here is the Mr. 1st grader. He is getting way to grown up.
He loves eating lunch at school. It is like the coolest thing ever for him.
So unfortunately summer vacation is over but hopefully the summer weather won't be over, seeing as how it just barely started.

Welcome new additions.

So here are our new babies. Bella had kittens a few weeks ago and they are so stinkin cute. She had three. And of course I had to stick with a twilight theme for their names. This one is Renessme. She looks just like her mom so my mom said since she is Bella's daughter she has to be Renessme. We call her Nessy of course.

This is me holding all 3 kittens the morning after they were born. That is how tiny they were.

Here is Luke holding Alice. He pretends he doesn't like them but I know he does.

Then there is an all black one and there was no other name for her than Bear.

Here is my cutie niece Kiersten. We went to my sister's house and the kids went swimming.

And here is my crazy Emma.

It has been so hot, so whenever the sprinklers turn on the kids beg to run through them.

Levi was here and joined in the fun. Emma had to take her shirt off just like the boys. What a tomboy she is.
My friend Kim from Pasco came to visit and her daughter Cloe, and Emma had so much fun playing doggies.
So here is my new latest project. My friend Paula gave me a link to make this cute bandanna skirt and here it is.

Emma had to take a picture of me since I took one of her. Don't mind my zero makeup. Lovely.
Here is a link if you want to make a skirt. They are super easy and wal mart has a great selection of bandannas for a dollar a piece. Cheap and easy, can't beat that! Thanks Paula for the pattern. http://www.vanessachristenson.com/2008/12/tutorial-bandanna-skirt.html

Summer Fun!

So none of these pictures are in order and I usually go through and fix it all but I'm not this time so try to follow along! Here are the kids playing in the sand up at Red fish lake. We went up camping with Luke's family and had a blast. Emma is getting buried.

Luke and Riley on the jet ski's.
