Today Riley went to his first day of kindergarden. And I promised my mom I would post pictures right aways so she could see, so here you go mom! Riley's teacher's name is Mrs. Makings and he goes to morning kindergarden. I didn't even cry. It was close but I made it. He absolutely loved class and he got to ride the bus home and said it was AWESOME so I guess he approves. I just still can't believe that my little man is in kindergarden. I am officially old now right?
Heading to school
Here comes the bus
almost here.....
The bus driver showing him where to cross the street
You can't really see it in this picture but he is grinning ear to ear!

Slacker!
Oh my goodness I am finally back to life. I left our brand new camera at my mom's house in Nampa and finally got it back. Luke was NOT happy with me for forgetting it. oops! So now for an update... this summer has been crazy busy. We have been out of town almost every weekend it feels like. I have been working 2 nights a week and a nursing home called Bridgeview and then I have to recoop from being up 2 nights. It is crazy. I love what I do though. The kids are doing good, Riley starts Kindergarden in 10 more days. My baby boy. I cannot believe it. Emma is the queen of the house hold telling us all the time she wants to go swimming in the hot tub. She spends most of her days in her swimming suite. I finally had to pry it off her body so I could wash it and then I hid it. Ü Work is going good for Luke, he has been planning the Watertech golf tournament so he has been really busy but it will be over on Thursday and then I can have him back. We went to Boise two weeneds ago to see Luke's half brother Matt and his family who were in town visiting from Arizona. We had a blast and are already planning a trip to go visit them. Probably in the winter when it is freezing here. So these pictures are of our trip up there. Enjoy

Picture overload.
I have lots of updates since my last blog so here they are.
Emma's New hair cut. She decided that she hates getting her hair brushed so we chopped it. This picture doesn't even do it justice. She lookes adorable.
Holli & her kids came to visit so we went on a nature hike and played.

Going to my first day "night" at work.
Our landscaping. 62 flowers, 20 boxwoods, 1 Japenese maple, 3 dawf something trees, and lots of stone for the boarder. We are finally even getting little grass starts. We cannot wait to have grass.

Mickelson Family Reunion
Last weekend we went down to Salt Lake for Luke's family reunion. It was a blast. We went to the Hogel Zoo in the 98 degree weather and spent 6 hours there. Hot but fun. Then we all went back to Luke's uncle's house for some extreme pit playing. It was so fun to get caught back up with all the family. Then I was able to go to my friend Cilka's baby's blessing. Cilka is one of my best friends from highschool, along with Mandi. It was like old times again with us 3 girls. It just happened to work out that we were able to go to both the reunion and the blessing. All in all it was a great weekend.

Boise Trip
As promised here are the pictures from our trip. We went to Boise to go to a missionary farewell for a boy who Luke used to teach. It just so happened that our good friends Tami & Leon were in Boise for a taxadermy show and so we were able to see them and go to lunch. It was so fun. They are the adopted parents I always talk about. Then we got to stay with Zan and Craig and have some fun hanging out.

First Game
Thursday was Riley's first T-Ball game. It was so fun to watch him play. He decided no matter where the ball went, he was going to get it. Even when he was in left field and the ball went to 1st base he started running for it. We had to tell him he can only go for it when it is close to him. So cute! So here are some more T-Ball pictures and video and then tomorrow I will post my pictures from our weekend trip to Boise.

Another great book!
So I just finished reading the Host and I love loved it. It really was amazing. Stephanie Meyer is such a good author. If you have not read it you should because it is so intriguing. This coming from me who doesn't usually get in to books except of course for Twilight.
