First Game

Thursday was Riley's first T-Ball game. It was so fun to watch him play. He decided no matter where the ball went, he was going to get it. Even when he was in left field and the ball went to 1st base he started running for it. We had to tell him he can only go for it when it is close to him. So cute! So here are some more T-Ball pictures and video and then tomorrow I will post my pictures from our weekend trip to Boise.

Another great book!

So I just finished reading the Host and I love loved it. It really was amazing. Stephanie Meyer is such a good author. If you have not read it you should because it is so intriguing. This coming from me who doesn't usually get in to books except of course for Twilight.

Hair Cut

This post should have been done about a month ago but better late than never. Emma has crazy hair, it is really curly in the back and super straight in the front. So I decided to even it out and give her a trim. Not to much because I love her long hair but now it is just more even and really cute.

T-Ball

Riley had his first T-ball practice and as the proud mom I took lots of pictures and video. I have been so looking forward to watching him play sports. He has always had a natural talent with sports, so hopefull he will do really well and of course have fun doing it. Luke gets to be the assistant coach for the team and the coach is a good friend of ours who's two sons are on the team as well. It should be really fun.

Amazing trip

Well I am back from a week long trip with our good friends Holli & Ryan. We went to to Arizona and hiked 10 miles down into the Grand Canyon and camped at Havasu Falls. It was amazingly beautiful. The hike down was killer but we made it. We packed in our supplies but decided to have pack mules carry them back for the hike up (a good choice because the hike up was way hard). Then we went to Las Vegas for 2 nights and had a ball soaking up the sun and shopping! I tried to load all my pictures on a slide show but there were so many it said it would take like 70 hours to load them all so I am choosing a few of my favorites to share with you. As soon as we got home we picked up our kids and went strait to Boise for the Race for the Cure to support my mom in her second year of being cancer free! GO MOM! That was a wonderful experience and then we were right there for Mother's Day. I have to say I am very blessed. I have an amazing mother and a wonderful mother-in-law and I am even lucky enough the have and great adopted mom as well, love ya Tami! So happy belated Mother's day to all my wonderful moms. I love you all.

Updates!

My recent project. I found this cabinet at a yard sale for $50. I have been wanting one forever and six months later finally got around to refinishing it. So here is how it turned out.

Getting along? Who knew brothers and sisters could have so much fun together? I was amazed to see my kids playing so well together that I had to get a picture.

While I was working on my cabinet I found Emma riding her bike with this bucket on her head.

Sissy Mae!

My friend Tyleen inspired me to post a video I had of Emma singer her ABC's. This is one of her many favorite songs to sing. After nursery on Sunday she sang Head Shoulders Knees and Toes ALLLLLLLLL day. It was actually really cute. So here is my cute princess.
